Bellian Serum and Nuando Instant Lift SCAM - CON UPDATE

Wow, I have had an email, maybe this means I will get the money?  Its looking positive.  But i did send them loads of emails again and phoned them angrily a couple of times.  I bet my phone costs outweigh the refund. 

Here is the email.

As agreed, we have refunded £179.32  to your account. You should see this money back in your account in 3-5 business days.

We would also like to confirm that we have closed your account and cancelled all future shipments. You will not be charged. We are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.

I too am being scammed by this company.

I have sent 2 e-mails today and have yet to receive a response.

they have taken 2 LOTS OF PAYMENT FROM MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND AM DREADING THEM TAKIN ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS. DO YOU THINK I SHOULD FOLLOW UP MY E-MAILS WITH PHONE CALLS OR JUST KEEP FORWARDING E-MAIL. I WANT TO SAVE AS MUCH EXPENSE AS POSSIBLE.

Hi I have also been scammed by this company. I have cancelled my credit card. I suggest you do the same as there is nothing to stop them taking further money from you. I have asked my credit card company to raise a dispute on my behalf.

I too have fallen for this scam, after a large payment was taken without my knowledge I cancelled further payments and rang Bellian, there not interested they basically do not give 2 hoots about you. I will be getting guidance from Citizen Advice.

I have joined the growing numbers of people who have been scammed.

I have begun the dispute and my bank said they would help me but so far the emails from them look remarkably similar. I will let you know how things turn out. Thoroughly depressing to see such a cynical business operation able to continue.

Pleased,in some way, to know that I am not alone!

Hi Carolyn, I didn't read the Terms and Conditions. Today my account was debited almost £170 by these creeps. I read their T & C today (bellianserum.com/terms.php) and spoke to my bank but it seems nothing can be done about that amount of money already taken. I called the number on the T & C (02033185832) and spoke to "Debbie" - I doubt it's her real name - and she said she would stop any recurring orders. I also sent an email supplied by the T & C to confirm my cancellation (cancellation@bellianserum.com). My bank the Co-operative cannot stop future payments but the Disputes Team from VISA can get the money back same day so the £84.71 will show as debited then credited by the end of the day. "Debbie" said she would send a confirmation email that any future orders will be cancelled but I'm thinking that'll be a cold day in hell. I'm not sure I have been of any help but I can totally relate to how others here are feeling and if I learn anything else I'll come back and comment. Has anyone had any success in getting a refund? I'm weighing up whether it's worth the cost of phoning as already in enough debt thanks to these crooks. I have contact watch dog in the hope that they highlight this scam. I didn't even get the second shipment.

All I ordered was the £1.99 samples which I haven't used
I am in the process of changing my credit card .

Guys, sorry for the delay in getting back to you all. Listen, if you bug them enough they will refund you to get you off their back. I think maybe we should setup a facebook page or group of something to prevent others going through the same.

I sent them tons of emails and on the phone laid it on thick saying i couldnt cover my mortgage (which wasnt true.

Has anyone had any luck with them yet? If you ignore and give up this is what they want and how they re making stupid money on some crap cream.

Guys, the same things happened with me as well, first time i didn' t relized that they taking money from me, but now before Christmas they took all of my money what i got. I cancelled my card, but they cannot garantee my money back. I tried to call their freephone but nobody answers, my credit from phone disappered, bcs the number wasn't free at all.... No reply on my emails. I wrote on their facebook. I am really pissed off!!!!!

Can someone give me phone numbers , e-mail addresses Etc for this damned company.
Everything I have tried is not answering.
I see that not only uk and US are being scammed,but also Canada and who knows where else.
Why isn't something being done?

I am ready to explode with frustration . I have tried to phone all of the numbers given and also e-mail which has come back unable to deliver.
How on earth did you speak to someone the phone rings out or has a disconnected sort of sound.
I felt like ringing one of the U.S. numbers .

Well it rang each time for me.. I just tried it again for you but an answerphone comes on with a foreign voice. They must have got sick with all the unhappy customers...I totally understand how you feel and I was the same.. Not sure what to suggest mate. I tried to create a facebook page called scamming companies but it wasn't allowed!

Carolyn, I finally got through after numerous e-mails.
They are cancelling the subscription DUH !and no more charges , but I am trying to find out when I will be reimbursed for what they have taken.
So glad I found your blog.
Have liked the facebook page and passed it on.
