I just want to make this post to warn anywone who is thining of using 'its cold outside'. They are con artists that don't have a clue about SEO. For £100 a month they say they will get you 500 links over 3 months - great you think - bargain - wrong! These links are from their network of spammy crap sites that are not even indexed! Links like this can do more damage than good. The sales guys are trained to try to baffle you with their SEO waffle but its all a script.
These companies do annoy me which is why I called my buisness Ethical SEO. I do ethical SEO or 'white hat' SEO only and it works.
There are no guarentees with SEO, search engine ranking is like the stock market, you never know when they will go up or down. How can you know? A new competitor with a thousand pound a month marketing budget could be about to launch into your arena. Knowbody knows what the next person is doing and what your competitors might be doing tomorrow. The only way to get good search engine results is by promoting your site properly, and new content and make it the best site in your subject. Then and only then will decent link requests come to you for free!
There is no quick fix, it takes time and hard work.
