Hi Carolyn
Yes, I have fallen prey to the Bellian and Nuando scam. I am so angry!!! I can't believe that this is actually happening. I wouldn't normally be sucked in by something like this, but when I saw one of their adverts on my Yahoo home page, I assumed that it must be ok. I decided to order the 2 trial offers at £1.99 each, and was thinking 'oh well, I'm not going to loose much if I don't like it or it doesn't work, then I just won't purchase the products, simple.' This was in the middle of November. It had slipped my mind that I had placed this order until I received a phone call from USA. A girl with an American accent asked what I thought about the products. I informed her that I hadn't received them yet. The phone just went dead! I thought this was strange. But on checking my online credit card statement last Friday, I noticed 2 debits for £1.99 in November, and then another 2 debits 3 December for £84.71 each!! I have taken it up with my credit card provider. I still haven't received the samples to even decide that I want to use the products and they have just taken all that money without my approval!! M&S (Credit Card), have sent me a form to fill in for goods not received, which they say is the only way I could claim the money back, if the products do not arrive. But as I haven't even received the samples, how can that be?!! Sorry Carolyn, but I am not on Facebook.
Good Luck with your mission with these unethical companies!!

I didn't "sign up" for anything because the page disappeared as I was entering details. I then received a call on my mobile apologising that the they had not been able to complete the transaction. Like a fool I gave them the rest of my details without them giving me any info about them or the product!
It arrived on 3rd Jan and one of them was leaking but what interested me more it had no info in it! I decided to look the products up on Google and found your website.
After picking myself up from the floor after reading the price and expected commitment, I decided not to even try the stuff and first thing this morning I contacted my credit card company, told them the sorry tale and they have put a stopper on requests for £84 plus!I then phoned the numbers given by them and was put through to a foreign site in a language which was "foreign" to me (excuse the pun)Fortunately I had obtained the correct No from your website. I said I wanted to return the product and could they give me an address? I was told that I had signed up to a 14 day trial and they didn't accept returns! At this point I used my broken record voice and attitude, quiet but determined. I was asked why I didn't want to use their product etc and told them not to try to get any money because my CC had been cancelled so "did they want the product back or not?" No, I could keep it, they cancelled my details, I asked for a cancellation number but was given the operators name and ID number. I was even told I would receive another sample of the leaking item absolutely free of charge and shipping costs.
